Divorce-Mediation Practice Opens An Office In Clinton
CLINTON
— Anju D. Jessani of
Pohatcong has expanded her divorce-mediation practice, opening an
office at 42 Main St.
Divorce
with Dignity Mediation Services was established in Hoboken in 1997
and has mediated more than 300 divorces. Mediation is a
court-approved process in which a trained neutral person encourages
and facilitates the resolution of a dispute between two or more
parties.
According
to Ms. Jessani, “Separating couples who successfully mediate spare
themselves and their families the bitter court- room battles that
characterize an adversarial divorce.”
Ms. Jessani
graduated from Douglass College at Rutgers University and received
her MBA from the Wharton School. Previously she was a vice president
at JP Morgan. She is president elect of N.J. Association of
Professional Mediators (njapm.org).
